Hispanic Heritage Celebration at Liberty Middle School

Liberty Middle School celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a special Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Friday, September 25th. Students and staff came together to honor and celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, history, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

The celebration was filled with music, dancing, food, and fun! Students and staff enjoyed delicious homemade empanadas while experiencing the sounds and energy of talented Hispanic musicians and dancers.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the opportunity for students and staff to learn Salsa dancing from professional Hispanic dancers. Participants learned new steps, enjoyed the music, and experienced an important part of Hispanic culture firsthand.

A special thank-you to LMS Spanish teacher Señor Guacaneme for organizing and bringing this wonderful celebration to Liberty Middle School. His efforts provided students and staff with a meaningful opportunity to experience and appreciate Hispanic culture.
