Seventh and eighth grade students may participate in interscholastic athletics at the middle or high school level. Specific middle school sports include football, volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading. All sports offered at the high school are open to middle school students except varsity football and varsity wrestling. To participate in any extracurricular activity, students must meet and maintain eligibility requirements of the respective schools.

LMS Athletic Policy

Before a student can participate in any athletics at LMS the student must undergo a physical by his/her physician. Physical Forms are available in the LMS office or on the LMS Athletic Web page.  Physical Forms AND participation forms must be completed and uploaded to the Planet HS (Big Teams) Web page for eligibility.  All Planet High School (Big Teams) pages must be completed by PARENT AND ATHLETE before your student will be allowed to participate in any LMS or LHS team sport.
