Our top priority is to always maintain the safest & best learning environment for our students.  In order to ensure that our students succeed, we need to provide as much class time as possible.  For this to happen, we will begin enforcing the “2:30” Rule as of March 6, 2017.

1                    School dismisses at 3:10 PM. Any student that needs to be dismissed early must be signed out of the front office no later than 2:30 PM.  No students will be signed out after 2:30 PM.

2                    All transportation changes need to be made in the form of a note.  A note should be sent by your child to the front office first thing in the morning, stating the change in transportation with parent/guardian signature & a current phone number where you can be reached for verification if needed. If a student is going home with another student, parents of both students must send a note.  We cannot change a student’s way home by a phone call.

3                    In order for students to remain in class as long as possible,

Students will NOT be called out of class for dismissal until the parent actually arrives in the office to sign the student out of school.

Thank you for your understanding of these very important issues to ensure the safest & best learning environment for all of our students.
